Informazioni generali e riferimenti normativi, adeguati alle modifiche di cui alla L.R. 19\/2010 – <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– AGGIORNAMENTO 2011 –<\/strong> Legge Regionale 8 ottobre 2009, n. 22 e successive modificazioni ed integrazioni di cui alla Legge Regionale 21 dicembre 2010, n. 19“Interventi della Regione per il riavvio delle attivit\u00e0 edilizie al fine di fronteggiare la crisi economica, difendere l\u2019occupazione, migliorare la sicurezza degli edifici e promuovere tecniche di edilizia sostenibile”<\/strong><\/em>.Sono di seguito riportate le informazioni generali ed i riferimenti legislativi vigenti, necessari alla presentazione delle domande relative all’applicazione del Piano Casa; vengono proposti inoltre due schemi sintetici degli interventi possibili:
