{"id":8158,"date":"2019-02-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-02-03T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"\/absolutenm\/templates\/?a=5110"},"modified":"2021-06-22T10:49:51","modified_gmt":"2021-06-22T08:49:51","slug":"regolamento-edilizio-comunale-rec-testo-coordinato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prenotazioni.comune.osimo.an.it\/?p=8158","title":{"rendered":"REGOLAMENTO EDILIZIO COMUNALE &#8211; REC Testo coordinato"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pubblicato il : &#8211;> adeguamento L.R. n\u00b08 del 03\/05\/2018 <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Nuovo Regolamento Edilizio Comunale (REC) \u00e8 stato approvato con delibera di Consiglio Comunale n\u00b065 del 08\/9\/2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con successive delibere di Consiglio Comunale n\u00b012 del 07\/03\/2012, n\u00b018 del 29\/05\/2013 e n\u00b048 del 11\/09\/2013,&nbsp;\u00e8 stato modificato ed aggiornato, come risulta dal seguente testo coordinato:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.comune.osimo.an.it\/comune\/servizi\/articlefiles\/26-REC%20testo%20coordinato%2009-2013.pdf\">R.E.C. aggiornamento 2013<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTA BENE :<\/strong>&nbsp;Definizioni uniformi dei parametri urbanistici ed edilizi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai sensi dell\u2019articolo 3 comma 3 della Legge Regionale 3 maggio 2018 n. 8&nbsp;<em>\u201cRecepimento dello schema di Regolamento Edilizio Tipo (RET)..\u2026\u201d<\/em>, dal&nbsp;<strong>7 novembre 2018<\/strong>&nbsp;trovano diretta applicazione, prevalendo sulle disposizioni comunali, le definizioni uniformi dei parametri urbanistici ed edilizi allegate al suddetto schema di RET, con le indicazioni tecniche di dettaglio introdotte con la citata L.R. n\u00b08\/2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tali disposizioni sono entrate in vigore automaticamente in forza di legge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pertanto dal&nbsp;<strong>07\/11\/2018<\/strong>&nbsp;l\u2019art. 13 del Regolamento Edilizio Comunale risulta conseguentemente modificato ed integrato dalle disposizioni di legge sopravvenute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le NTA del vigente PRG devono intendersi riferite alle definizioni del REC adeguate ai sensi della L.R. n\u00b08 del 03\/05\/2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pubblicato il : &#8211;> adeguamento L.R. n\u00b08 del 03\/05\/2018 Il Nuovo Regolamento Edilizio Comunale (REC) \u00e8 stato approvato con delibera di Consiglio Comunale n\u00b065 del 08\/9\/2011.
