AVVISO DI PUBBLICAZIONE \u2013 PIANO TRIENNALE DELLE ALIENAZIONI E VALORIZZAZIONI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n IMMOBILIARI 2020\/2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ((Art. 58, comma 1, D.L. 112\/2008, convertito con Legge n. 133\/2008) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n IL DIRIGENTE DIPARTIMENTO DEL TERRITORIO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n RENDE NOTO CHE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Con deliberazione di Consiglio Comunale n. 16 del 22\/04\/2020 \u00e8 stato approvato Il Piano Triennale delle Alienazioni e Valorizzazioni Immobiliari 2020\/2022 ai sensi dell\u2019art.58 del D.L. 112\/2008 convertito con Legge 133\/2008 e ss.mm.e ii., del Comune di Osimo, contenente l\u2019elenco degli immobili non strumentali all\u2019esercizio delle proprie funzioni istituzionali, suscettibili di dismissione e\/o valorizzazione. <\/p>\n\n\n\n La suddetta deliberazione, \u00e8 stata pubblicata all\u2019Albo Pretorio On line del Comune di Osimo il giorno 25\/05\/2020 e vi rimarr\u00e0 per 15 giorni consecutivi ai sensi e per gli effetti dell\u2019art. 124 del D.Lgs. n. 267 del 18\/08\/2000 . <\/p>\n\n\n\n La documentazione inerente il presente avviso \u00e8 depositata presso il Settore Lavori Pubblici, per la durata di sessanta giorni consecutivi, a decorrere dalla data del presente avviso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Durante il predetto periodo di deposito, chiunque avr\u00e0 facolt\u00e0 di prendere visione degli atti inerenti e connessi al presente avviso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ai sensi dell\u2019art. 58, comma 5, del D.L. 112\/2008 (convertito con modifiche nella Legge n. 133\/2008 e ss.mm.e ii.) contro l\u2019iscrizione di un bene nel Piano delle Alienazioni e Valorizzazioni Immobiliari, \u00e8 ammesso ricorso amministrativo entro il termine di sessanta (60) giorni dalla data di inizio pubblicazione del presente Avviso all\u2019Albo Pretorio on line e sul sito istituzionale del Comune all\u2019indirizzo www.comune.osimo.an.it, fermi gli altri rimedi di legge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n IL DIRIGENTE <\/p>\n\n\n\n DIPARTIMENTO DEL TERRITORIO <\/p>\n\n\n\n f.to Dott. ing.
